1. Item doesn't match with description accurately：

a: Found obvious defects in description ,such as color and length .

Besides the case as below:

a. COLOR that appears on your monitor could vary from the original color of the wig due to different  MONITOR SETTINGS.

b. Head size and neck length could make the LENGTH of the wig different from the ones shown in the pictures

2.Package was lost

3. Major damage occurred in transit (You have to refuse to sign and accept the item)

4. Package was returned to us by postal service. It usually happens when you provide an incorrect shipping address. In this case, We’d like to re-send you after confirmation of address.

We do not process for case as below :

1) Buyer changed their mind or just want to return item without any reason mentioned in money back warranty;

2) Buyer left a negative feedback ,to maliciously damage the seller's reputation.
