1 . Why the color is different from the picture?

COLORthat appears on your monitor could vary from the original color of the wig due to different  MONITOR SETTINGS.

2. Why the length is different from the picture?

Head size and neck length could make the LENGTH of the wig different from the ones shown in the pictures

3. Can the item be heated ?

Yes, it is heat resistant under 180 Degrees. It also need your good care.

4. How long is your delivery time?

Order will be processed within 12H, and shipped within 48H. If you want it faster and safer , you can choose various shipment method. Please refer to SHIPMENT .

5.How to revise orders about the items , delivery address , consignee or telephone ?

Please contact us within 24H , we’d like to help you . If over time , it is processed so that it is hardly to revise.
